A very rainy Saturday in Sydney, so I'm just sifting through a few boxes of coins I've accumulated over the years, looking at them in a more "silver content" kind of way than I used to. Came across this very nice 1812 Napoleon 5 lire that I bought in Doha Qatar (of all places) a few years ago for about forty something AUD. I liked the look of it at the time, bought it at a souk market stall. i put it away andpretty much forgot about it. Had a look around on Goooooooogle, but didn't see many in this good condition. 25g of .900 silver. I kinda dig it. Just thought I'd share. Anyone else got one o' these?
