Shoot holes in this please

    Thinking of coverting some cash to drip back in to me in the form of a paycheck... Since i'm selling the restaurant i'd like to have some more income other than rents coming in.. Backstory... I'm turning 40 in a few weeks and am moving to simplify life. I have some money coming in through rentals and a few mortgages.
    I'm sitting on a fair amount of cash thats making no income.This would be a very long term investment.

    I'm thinking of buying more of these 2 and receiving the dividends..

    Not sure where it belongs but definitely not in super.

    But back to the topic on hand, if I were in your situation, 40, sitting on a big ol' bag o' cash I'd probably be in Vegas having a mid-life crisis and having a ball!!!
