Thanks CL. There are many ways to play this, even within the current rules. I think for the first one we keep it simple. You might be surprised at some strategies you see. Anyone else interested?
Ok, first prize includes a 1 oz PM silver coin in capsule but circulated (it might have a nick or two in it) and some pre 1946 junk silver coins. Photo to come... Still two spots available, but we will kick off with 8 if no more interest by the end of next week.
Five trading days to go till the inaugural "Silver Stackers Super Trader" game. First prize is 3.7 oz of silver coins (see below). Not bad for a lazy 10 minutes work each week. Still got room for two people if interested. Anyone else up for a bit of fun and the chance to win the pirate treasure?
Very decent prize on offer Greenman, thanks. As a johny-come-lately, if I win, I'll give half back to the kitty for game II
Thanks BB, but winner takes all in this game. I am about to upload the game but just need some quick feedback regarding a change I'm considering (I am trying to keep this as simple as possible). Thinking of making one of the three stocks a keeper for the full 15 weeks and limiting trading to a maximum of one trade on Tuesday and one on weekend. I think it will add another dimension to the game and also limit the amount of time required to play. Thoughts? :/
I am fine with any rules - all players are on a level playing field. Would like to know if stocks can be shorted, or just long trades?
No worries. Game one is now up and running here: http://forums.silverstackers.com/topic-50679-silver-stackers-super-trader-i.html Please familiarise yourselves with the rules as some have changed. Enjoy!
