Does anyone know how not to receive those letters whenever you buy/sell shares? I usually get the share registry ones, but also ones from the company if they are paying are dividend...you have to fill in all the details and send them back. A real pain if your only planning to trade or hold a few months.

Can you register electronically for these on Computershare?

I'm not a noob to trading so I hope this doesn't make me sound like an idiot!

You can elect to recieve all statements via e-mail through computershare and link market services website. Once you've provided your details to them it should automatically apply to all existing and new shares you buy etc
