    Thanks for the help putting this up right Azure. I was the same, why does this never happen to me? Maybe throw $10 low ball offer out there when he offers at 25 or half price. Then tell him you prefer the Maples for the extra 9.

    tbh, if you asked me the same question a few years back (before my enlightenment) i would have probably responded similarly...
