Hi, was just going through some round fifties and this one grabbed my eye....im not too savvy on this subject so thought id ask.

Appears to have an obvious double rim for the majority of the right half and is slightly off centre.

Is this a common type error or should I put this in the keepers pile?

    Cheers

I'm no expert either but I've never seen one like that either. Does the relief of the image look higher than normal? It looks a little like a coin that's been struck multiple times by getting stuck to the dies. Not sure how much more valuable it is, if at all, but I would definitely put it in the keeper pile.

Thanks for your thoughts...the relief is slightly more raised in comparison to other coins I have. The stuck die could be a reasonable explanation. Cheers
