Does any one have any idea what month we can expect the 2017 Perth Mint Lunar Roosters to be released?

Eh Rooster.... we are in the middle of the sh*t animal cycle. Sheep, monkey rooster, dog, pig, rat. Then the cool cycle starts ox, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse. weird how they are perfectly separated. Only like 1825 more sleeps till OX!

2017 Year of the Rooster - Silver Investor Coins

The design on the 2017 Year of the Rooster (10kg, 1kg, 10oz, 5oz, 2oz, 1oz, 1/2oz) silver bullion coins, consists of a pattern of lines forming a circle immediately inside the rim, surrounding a representation of a rooster, hen and chicks, and several clumps of grass. The coin includes the following inscriptions 'Year of the Rooster', the Pinyin pictograph pronounced 'j' and meaning rooster and the initials of the designer Tom Vaughan 'TV'.

To the new people here, Goldstackers in Melbourne do a limited offer for their customers of one 1oz Ag Lunar for spot. I'm not sure if they'll do it again this year but it's worthwhile keeping an eye out for.

Question here for long time stackers here.............

What do you think the proof silver S2 future value?
Worth to continue till end of this series?
Apart from rat, dragon, and tiger, other proofs' current value have not been too kind to us, imo

I think the proof Rabbit & Horse will also be worth having

If you have started collecting the series from the beginning then I would continue with the remainder of the series to complete the S2 set and I'm guessing your are talking the 1oz proof and or the 2oz

The 3 coin proof set of all this series seems to sell out quite quickly and more sought after

Just my thoughts and would be interested in other comments

What did they say about it on the German forum? Is it well received?

"...offensichtlich hat der Silberhahn ein Auge auf das Hinterteil der Silberhenne geworfen"

Translated into plain English: ...the Ag rooster seems to stare at the hen's backside ;)

Apart from that the consensus on the German forum is as ninteno wrote: Au rooster ok; Ag rooster not so much
