'interesting' is one term you could use to describe him for sure.

    'shonk' is another.

RK has always viewed everyone else outside of his sphere as nothing more than sheep to be shorn for profit.

He does own a silver/gold mine which is pretty BOSS in my opinion! :p

Technically, he doesn't 'own' anything. That's why he can declare personal bankruptcy and still remain in control of all these interests.

Good to see the divergent opinions on holding currencies. Kiyosaki doesn't like them, Rogers does.

I lost all respect for the man when he went on schiff radio.. Peter took him to school ... his mating cry is buy more books to see how its all done.

To me he uses the leverage tool from banks to prosper at the expense of humanity.. his "SECRET" is what powers up the banks to the leviathan status they have reached.

To me borrowing millions/billions from the bank and spreading it out over assets and using them to buy more assets which the bank owns 90% of is madness.. and becuase Robert and others use this strategy this has negative externalities for EVERYBODY except Robert and his bank.

If he were to use private capital or his own it would be different... the blessing is that people who abuse the banking system will get dumped on there arse when the over-leveraged books go pear shaped..

Owning mines is boss.. so ill give him cred there.. but yeah if he owned it outright hed be champion..

Kiyosaki is all in with the banksters.. im sure he thinks holding currency is a missed opperunity to get more bank collateral at 10:1

You guys see how this is a micro-model of how to abuse the FIAT MONETARY DEBT BASED FRACTIONAL LENDING SYSTEM RIGHT?

Setting up limited liability companies and playing this game so the comp can go bankrupt and your persoanl assets remain safe is just an elite loophole the banksters came up with so there inside baseball mates could rob and steal from everyone else..

I see many many downsides to what Robert does.. its very similar to sleeping with the devil (private banks).

I bet the type of gold/silver he advocates are the paper multiples types.. i dont see how silver gold investment is compatible with his inflationary bubble encouraging levarage investment strategy

I belive the theory of competitive advantage sums up Robert and others who take advantage of fractional reserve system helping to enslave humanity by powering up the banks to conjur money from a hate and birth it as debt... thanks Robert! You have played your part.. the banks are VERY happy with you son!

I wonder how many people he has "HELPED" that got all over-geared up and have also declared bunkruptcy when the real estate market turned to custard.

I remember a work collegue went to a property investment seminar what seemed like a down-under kiyosaki equivalant.. came out all bright eyed about how he was going to get rich and how easy it was.. buy one prop... use as capital to float for the next prop.. repeat.. Dosent Kiyosaki's strategy turned to custard when markets turned bearish.. want they have negative gearing.. what happens when interest rates increae.. he may have the answers but his army of leveraged ants probably wont have the skills to prevent a total nightmare scenerio...

Investing is a big boys game..

Kiyosaki is clearly an example of a fool who'll destroy society by playing the debt casino, thinking he's better than most for doing so.

I always thought that Kiyosaki only used a bank loan to start building his financial nest egg.. I have been under the impression that he would see a good deal in RE, buy low and sell high..using his own money as his bank.

Is this totally wrong? Have I got it wrong? Wouldn't be the first time! :(

    Regards Errol 43

Ozboy type in that password i gave you so you can see the comments below

    Tora,Tora,Tora
Was aimed at the over 40 crowd who i suspect have a better handle on Humour and its true de venoming capabilities. And didn't we love it as well.
Anybody who has lived through the 1970-80's and experienced What the 'Wog Boys' were able to achieve by using humour would probably also cringe at Racial and religious vilification and a whole host of other Shut up laws that have been imposed on us.
Ignorance and hatred breed in the dark and are always exposed and gradually changed under the cold hard light of day.
I was taken to task by a member who thought i was vilifying his race, what he failed to see was his own racism.
To many migrants nowadays are indoctrinated by our own..shall we say white indigenous sector spruking anti racial entitlements. All the while their own prejudices and racial predilections are deliberately excused for fear of the branding 'Racist Australian'
    Here's an interesting one Ozboy.
You can't say Jew without associating it with a negative racial connotation.but you can get away with 'Nazi' every time. You can't theoretically publicly deny the Holocaust in some parts of the world otherwise you will end up physically in court and jail.
Hows the Indian protest against racist Australians due to attacks on their own.Did the police reports fail to mention the majority of the perpetrators were Africans, Maori, Lebanese and Pacific Islanders..Don't think they did.
In the words of Ralphie May-"That never fckn happens"
I was witness to an Afghan berating a Berka wearing womenI needed it explained to me as if i was a child.
'Do you see her face veil is covering too much of her face-Thats not right REDBACK'. WTF.Ahmmmm ok... as if i cared.
And another Afghan berating an Australian women crossing an intersection in summer wearing a not altogether tasteful short dress..'Look at that REDBACK,she's a slut dressing like that, all Australian women are Sluts'But that doesn't happen
Chinese customers complaining about their Korean neighbours.-'That never fckn happens
And some parts of Indian society are not pseudo cast orientated-'That never fckn happens'
And guest rights to visitors in Middle Eastern culture are never mistaken for an accepting attitude of Australian's-'That never fckn happens'
Lets face it we all racist in some way so lets not get all pious when there is a lack of malicious intent in a contextual comment purely for the sake of light hearted humour.
I can hear them now Ozboybut nobodies listening here in Carrum.

Good luck on the cup mate

I always found Kiyosaki's original books (i.e. before he became a name-whore like Tom Clancy) a bit like Twinkies - they have a rich creamy centre of useful information but are surrounded by utter sh*t and they leave an faintly sweet but deeply unpleasant smell on the bookcase and are so artificial that even the ants don't touch them. You thought you were enjoying them but afterwards you wish you hadn't eaten it and you promise yourself "never again".

In my opinion he is a mixed bag..

He did call silver early on and does/did have gold mine ownership.

But on the financial side it seems like your saying he doesnt advocate using leverage? I thought that was the cornerstone of his mantra to use the banks money to generate income through rent etc.
