Only owned this 8 gram minted Pamp bar for a day before it went to a new home

 

Don't see a lot of these 2oz bars around even though they are still casting them
Nice dimensions and weighty.

 

A very rare 1oz Harrington Bar.
Square shaped and .9999 fine gold
If anyone has one, send me a pm or post here. I see a lot of bars in my travels and this is the first one of this type that I have come across

I keep a few for fun. Most of these will probably end up in Germany.
There's some serious gold cast bar collectors over there.

This is the first one I've managed to find.

 

Picked up this very nice Pamp bar today for spot.
She's lovely but not a keeper
I have a beer budget and this lady has champagne tastes :lol:

 

Anyone have any information on these little ones? (The writing is a bit faint, but it's Golden West Refining)

 

They were a refinery in W.A in the 70/80's , eventually purchased by the Perth Mint

Is that a core between the 5 and 9?
A real shame if it was!

 

The Camera is not great quality with these types of images, but I don't think it'd quite be a core.

 

If you want to get a premium instead of spot, it might be a good idea to try shooting a few more better shots.
Current image does not do justice to the bar and is actually a turnoff to buyers as it looks like it was cored.
A 5oz bar is always going to have difficulty fetching a decent premium so you need to present it well.
