What do we know about this bar? Pretty much looks like a PM bar with BSI logo.Perhaps BSI commissioned PM to make some bars for them and they put they logo on.Any other stories put it in the thread.
BSI=Bullion Sales International…. Mostly refined by Geomin…perhaps you hv the ‘prototype’ bat….? https://www.silverstackers.com/forums/index.php?threads/geomin-bar-styles.35493/page-8
The bar circa 1983 to 1994 before the company dissolved. The dimension maybe the same as PM flat bar; as the similarity stamp used.
No stamps that I see match the Perth Mint OZS, FINE or the 999. Then the pour lines??? Then the back of the bar, nothing like a Vintage Perth mint and here is an example of the 1st known style.
It May be an Early GEOMIN bar?? https://www.silverstackers.com/forums/index.php?threads/geomin-bar-styles.35493/page-8
How does that bar look like a perth mint bar ? Imo you're spot on. No markings on dragafems bar are like a perth mint bar, they are though very, very close if not exact to the Geomin bar you showed - the OZS font, the oval around it, the weight font, pureness font, FINE, etc...
because that is how I wanna look at it jokes aside it looks more like a geomin bar as suggested above
It’s amazing and thrilling how these unknown, possibly new discoveries seem to just appear and great how their crudeness is now appreciated years later. Nice find
Picked this one up recently, I don't normally buy bigger bars but this one would have to be best looking silver bar I have ever seen, photo doesnt looks as good as real life... good door stop
