    Ok..

So my work is giving me some hassles regarding my change to my SMSF and rightfully so.. as I am not sure myself...

Basically - I completed the "Standard choice form" and have all the details for my smsf filled out etc...

the question I have is that what is the "appropriate documentation"....

The form says that "a copy of documentation from the Tax Office confirming the fund is regulated"... that is the part I am not sure of.
Is that my Australian Business Register document? or is that some other document that I no doubt have lying around here...

    Thanks...

The funny thing was when I first spoke to the Payroll guys they were telling me the "Standard choice form" was not acceptable for SMSF...

so.. anyway.. delivered it now and I got the "are you sure you don't want to go with the company fund.." and "are you sure you know what you are doing"...

    I said No to both.
