Two months ago, I sold a sheet of 30 for $1200USD. $60AUD equates to $42USD. Close enough for government.

Be interested in seeing the link on that sale. I see $1225 about 6 weeks ago and $1075 two weeks ago.

The high price weeks ago is mainly due to listing in china coin, stamp and art items online platform. You have missed the boat.

Many buyers buy it and sell to China by bearing the risks of getting high tax or/and item Confiscate by china custom and enjoying the high price/profit.

This electronic market has created confusion of pricing to the market.

They are going for $49.00 on ebay right now... I'm inclined to offer $35 for them. ALL of them.. spot is 14.64. They arent that special, at least not until i'm selling them. Honestly, it depends if you want to move them. Right now, $50 they will move very slowly, like 1 a month or two as long as spot is where it is. If you want to move them, they have to be in the 30's. If you are in the 40's you might sell one once every 2-4 week. If you are in the states, I'll buy them for $350 for 10, which isn't bad after the ebay fee's.

Just so you know I'm not b.s'ing, my offer is real too. Look at the sale and offer dates, sold 1 in 30 days at that price with accepting best offer.

Actually, nevermind, you're in Australia. Good luck. Things are different there due to currency.

Additionally i noticed that the market was flood with fakes from china in the selling range around 18-25US$ for 2008/2009. 2010 i did not check but for sure they exist too.
Disription does not show they are fakes. Coins marked as fake for comparison reason going at 3-4$, so people buying in the range 18-25$ think they buy a real silver coin.

makes it not easier to sell real pandas on ebay @50US$

keep in mind that the 2010 only has only 0.8 mio mintage, compared to 6 mio for 2011 and only 0.6 mio to 2008/2009

The seller being a Panda coin dealer probably had an effect on the market too.
