Ok, so everyone is looking for a bargain and noone wants to sell cheaply.

When it is ok to buy silver from someone under spot price? ie. precision minted bars under spot? Predecimal?

when it is on fleabay. They take the risk for the higher profits and sometimes they lose.
That said, if it is an international purchase i strongly recommend paying a fair price 'cause their is NO guarantee that your purchase will be posted and there is no police support available only chargeback.

Experienced gold is always better :)

I'v always thought predecimal silver or even any non 999 should just go for spot. I would have thought that was fair. Some seem to think it's rich, coz its banged up or mixed with other metals and thus takes up more space. Each to their own I guess.

Yeah my sig is for when we see the GSR go under 50 so someone gets a bargain ;) I'm happy with that, and I'm sure they will be too.

Well a lot of predec was bought or hoarded before silver got so high, I can afford to sell my silver for less than spot and still make a very good profit on it, even though some of it cost me more than spot when I bought it.

If I want to sell it fast, or convince some one to part with some numis in exchange I can afford to let it go for less than spot.

If someone else is desperate for predec I will sell it at spot.
