    Many times, the best discussions are generally those where there is largely little agreement .

    After all, if everyone would be agreeing on all points, what a boring and unproductive discussion that might be. Therefore, I welcome intelligent, rational, and strongly opinionated while still being respectful disagreements....this makes for healthy discussion.

    I welcome and even encourage rational disagreement if there are good points to be made.

    All of them are brass.
    1981-1992 one medal from each year.

    Well just got this one back from NCS a favorite of mine :) Peter Anthony says in the March/April 2015 pricepedia the mintage was supposed to be 1000 BUT less than 300 where delivered to the show distributor ,the actual mintage is less than 300 IMHO this is a major investment coin I would tell anyone if you see one reasonable buy it you wont be sorry:) dislaimer: this coin goes into my kids coin box :) it is not for sale unless they sell it after I'm dead:)

    Those are some sweet medals you have! The 1987 NY Panda has a twin platinum version and is the only platinum medal issued AFAIK. IIRC, most (if NOT all) of the Panda Coin Show medals are included in Huang Ruiyong's Star Ranking list. One of my favorites is the 1988 Basel Panda where the error gold with 'Pt' has a higher mintage than the non-error gold with 'Au'. :cool:

    jc8s that is a beautiful medal, I definitely would like one. '87 and '88 were two great years for gold panda medals.
