I was hoping someone may be able to give me a price indication on the following two soverigns. One is a 1911 Sydney Mint and the other a 1982 half Sov. The markings that you see on the half soverign are from the protective cover.....this coin appears to be in un-circulated condition Any help would be greatly appreciated
1911 Sydney Sov - 2.51million mintage which is less than the Melb and Perth mintage of that year (2.85m and 4.37m respectively). Looks in good nick. I'm not a grader so i won't even guess.
Neither of these coins command a significant premium over spot in the condition they're in. Bullion sovereigns and halves retail for 5% - 15% above spot, the exact rate depending on quantity, spot price, demand and supply.
