    I have been getting multple messages from the same person same message, its happened twice now, is it a problem with the PM service?

    No, is to do with the PC button , Internet sometimes may seems to be slow.
    So double clicks to make it faster.

    I sent a message from my mobile, it seems it has sent it a few times I am not sure if it might have been a reception issue or a glitch

    I'd say it's probably a mobile thing. Trying to type things out and follow messages on a phone with this site is a learning curve and not one I've entirely mastered yet either tbh. Especially when they start to get a bit long with conversation replies.
