Nice, the Dragon is the only one I have and that is because I am interested in that particular coin, rather than that size or the series. I would rather the coin was wider rather than thicker because there isn't enough size difference in the diameters between the 10oz and the kilo for my liking, something dinner plate size and thickness would do nicely. Nice collection
Yeah i agree the kgs should be larger diameter .The first kg coins i bought years ago were a little disappointing when i received them but the weight of it feels good .Maybe not dinner plate size they would be too thin
PM might need another design if it is plate size. I also prefer the kg is plate size rather than round size like others (i.e 1 oz, 2 oz, 5 oz and 10 oz)
I have a few kg now but I think I prefer the 10oz as well. I agree they might be cooler if they were a little taller and wider at the expense of thickness. I have found I actually like the 10oz better. I think a stack of 3 10oz dragons is cooler than a kilo one. Still, it's comparing a Ferrari f430 to a Aston Martin DB9. Both cool, just a personal taste thing.
You can get the kilo mouse easily enough in Germany http://www.silber-corner.de/de/Silber/1-KG-Silber- similar price to all the others. Don't forget Perth mint can mint the Kilo coins up until 2019 as they have not declared a mintage figure on any 1 kilo Bu coins.
Have to say the horse is my favorite out of all the S2. And I put where my mouth (money) accordingly. Motorbike, that may be the case of 2019, but as they move on to the next issue in the series, the availability and purchase becomes less and less. Heck, why don't we see more of the older issues? At 'cheap' prices? My guess is, yes they can continue to mint, but probably don't.
Hmm, think I know which place you're referring to. Though with shipping and everything included, probably goes back over 700 USD
