Oztion was a website started a few years ago and boasts that it is the second biggest in Australia. Blurb on their pages - 546,544 members & ~463,511 items for sale .. Can't honestly remember their history now but started in response to I think and I can be corrected here to ebays hidden buyer happenings, and gained a little traction with the paypal fiasco. Australian site. Numismatically speaking not a shopping place imho.

I notice this auction cleverly labels the items as medals, not coins. I assume that is to give plausable deniability to claims made against the seller when the buyer realises these are not Panda coins?
