Panda White Spots of Death

    When did the pandas start getting this problem? I haven't seen white spotting on anything older than 2005. Can it happen to the older pandas in our collections?? I ordered a 2012 and it developed white spots, ruins the whole coin! I hope the Chinese/Canadians/Austrians change their mint process soon!

    I have a 2004 1oz silver Panda (MS70) with bad white spotting.
