    Now that would be rare! Im fairly certain there are no 2 oz gold Pandas, there may be other Chinese issues of that size but not in the Panda series.

    Thanks guys , I have been wanting the set for a long time ,so I just went ahead and bought it:) brown bag lunch for a while:), are they worth $1000??? who knows ?? I guess it is if you are willing to pay it:)I just did, A full complete set with inner and outer box coa, in that condition I think so ....you hardly ever see them ............. Naomi and the other shanghai pirate want 1400.00......... but we all know how they roll , I dont even think I am grading it ,it is a long term hold for me, hopefully my kids enjoy it as much as I am going to:) .................thanks for pointing me to the listing Shibaji !!! i really have been itching for that set for about a year...................................

    congrats jc888 ... awesome set man ! I think that you got it for an excellent price and I was even considering it myself.

    I have the 2008 Banknote Printing Plant in 68 grade but not the 2008 Panda Banknote ... very nice set bud !!! :)

    I guarantee if I win the mega-million lotto I will own at least one of them ! :D

    My boss who sold his business to the company I now work for is a multi-millionaire ... I tried to convince him to invest in one of these 1991 5KG coins, he said he may try the 5 oz gold panda first as a novelty item. :D

    Get a Panda that you like. That'd be my recommendation.

    If I could have any? The 5kg 1991 Gold panda would be a definite pick. Wouldn't mind some of the 12oz Gold Pandas from the 80s too.

    anyone know what a regular 2011 1/2 ounce gold panda is worth?? in original mint packaging.. cheers.
