This caught my eye as a news item in a local newspaper. An Ainslie promotion piece, but also shows that some at least are going big in their stacking! http://www.brisbanebusinessnews.com...OLD CATCHES THE EYE OF BRISBANE INVESTOR.html
Yes welcome back Hmmm don't like yellow metal but thats one talking piece Anyone know the stamped face value on that bad boy?
I just lost interest for a while after I liquidated a lot of my gold between $1700- $1750 AUD to pay off the mortgage. Sold my investment property for a loss. Took a big loss also on all my share investments from 2010. CCU lost me $14000 alone. Sold all as part of tax time cleanup. I'd completely forgotten about them till I got a rights issue document only to see the horrific price! Still interested in lunar silver and want to get back into it but being debt free I'm not as pressured now and this latest drop has been incredibly kind to me. These prices are like when I started! It feels like dj vu! I still sense a further decline but I'll be buyer from here on regardless of price up or down. I know it must be hard for all who have held through the decline and I feel for all of you having taken losses myself but hang on, because I think the best is yet to come. Still figuring out how to best invest for some life changing gains. Given the bloodbath in gold shares I'm looking there first and I've already picked up many junior miners with powder dry for the coming weeks. It has to turn around at some point and shares is where you'll find me I reckon. Physical still has its allure but I learnt my lesson last time around. Any investment has an opportunity cost and no income was a real issue with physical. I'm looking at dividend paying, and producing miners as a way to gain leverage. Physical to only around 10-20% of investment value. Anyhow I've typed more than I thought I would. Thanks for the welcome everyone. Look forward to posting more in future.
Welcome back Intelligencer. I've been reading silver stackers almost since it began (was lurking for a long time before joining) and always liked reading your posts. Great to have you back on board.
