not logging off

    have a question .I just remembered mmm shiney saying i was logged on 24 hrs a day .I dont ever log off i just close the window & go elswhere will that show me as logged on even though im not on the site? even if my pc is off?

    Nope - after 15 minutes you drop off the "logged in users" list.

    GP Every time I log on to the SS site...up comes you are not logged on sign...Press the
    login in...up comes the login section with name and password all OK.. tick auto box for log in...submit...gain access.


    Next time same thing happens. Two sons have tried to fix but have had only limited success with it having worked on 1 occassion afterwards.

    Any advice.GP

    What browser are you using? one possible reason maybe something to do with cookies not being enabled.
    http://www.whatarecookies.com/enable.asp

    Another reason maybe someone is deleting all the history / cookies after surfing the web for one particular reason or another :p

    if all else fails, try a different browser

    thanks for the link gewse. I'm using firefox..I'll give it a try as suggested in the link.
