    Hi

My personal situation hasn’t changed. UK tax authorities still want an amount that will probably wipe me out.

Apart from items 1,2 and 4 which have been sold to the same person who is building one of the finest collections.

Any more buyers out there ?? I hate the thought of my collection being confiscated (shades of the infamous ‘raid’

    Peter

Thanks SS. The worst bit is they are, in effect, going back 20 years to levy tax. It’s been challenged in the Courts but to no avail.

Think we sent people to Oz a few hundred years ago for less. Lol

^^^ Nice. I will be getting a few for the collection. Tho, I would expect 1000's to be minted ... The key to NORFED are the low mintages that are let go by loose hands. ;)

I ordered from his site and ordered a couple of his coins plus his book. His book, The Liberty Dollar: From Concept to Crypto, seems to be out of stock.

It’s nice and deserved to be minted. However, I agree with Silver Soul on low mintages.

Having sold my Patternthe pride of my collection is the set of 2009 Copper Peace, Liberty and Freedom Medals.

    Hi

I still have it, together with a sample of the Chinese minted version.

The Eagle on the back makes it the most stunning of all Liberties in my view.

    Cheers

    Peter

I purchased 5 of these off 3 different people in the county at various points in time. Bernard's a short way away and I think he pawns them as a bit of an easteregg for his supporters. Was told in an email that 200 were numbered but I found one numbered 211?

Anyway, probably one of my favorite pieces. Love talking about them. Probably sold them for too little but once you get into the 300% territory of doing your markup it starts to get a little egregious. Supposedly there are some gilded ones out there.

The NORFED pics are from 2 different collectors. There are about 3 years old. One of had quantity while the other person had quality. One collector estimated he had over 1K NORFEDs coins. The other showed me pics of when he acquired the gold-on-silver dalas, 2 ounces, and 5 ounces NORFEDs.

The NORFED Dala's are beautiful rounds and have very low mintages. Well worth keeping your eye out for these.

2020 Trump Dollars are available for preorder with the FDI 2020 issue being 50 dollars and going up to 65 following the December 5th launch. Buying in on Bernard's stuff at launch always tends to be pretty much a great deal. Probably too late for anyone to benefit from me mentioning this but yeah.

    Hi all,

My name is Mike. I am a long time collector from years back. I wanted to get on here and let all know I am working on getting my collection further organized in a way so I may soon sell it. I met with Jeff and Dave years ago and have transacted with many others I am sure are on here reading this.

I believe I may be the only person that has had everything slabbed in an organized manner. I have many unique pieces, to include, custom slabs for the unusual sized pieces. Custom framed currency and most all of the memorabilia. Although I did let go of my gold some years back. I do think this is a sizeable and very well organized and cared for collection.

I plan to sell it in a few months when I'm finally prepared. My initial thought is to figure out a safe way to let it go off on eBay and allow it to be available to buyers throughout the world. If anyone has any suggestions or wished to communicate or see any pictures please let me know.

    Regards,
    Mike
