New to stacking and forum .. 1 question

    You could use a spreadsheet in EXCEL on the computer.

    Punch in the daily price of gold & silver multiplied by your ounces & it automatically tells you your worth in fiat bits of paper.

    This is what happened in Turkey. The private gold deposited in Turkish banks are basically part of bank reserves.

    I keep a log in Excel, recording the dates, price, dealer name, receipt numbers, and also soft copy of all the receipts in my laptop. I seal all my bars and coins in multiple layers of zip lock bags and label them - dates/dealer/receipt numbers. In the future, I may print a hardcopy of the log and store it with the bars for estate purpose.

    Here is a rough guide to how to use your spreadsheet.
    p.s. the figures are not my stash, plus you can fill in your other stuff such as cash,bank, etc. where I have the question marks. CHEERS, and a HAPPY CHRISTmas FROM _JLG. The figures in the gold & silver columns opposite the DATE should have been in red(buyback price)

    Ok so looks like I haven’t invented anything new.. you guys def know what ur doing !! Thanks for the links and excel idea .. glad I found this forum thanks all
