Wow final shark design is out and it doesn't look so hot... Shark eyes are not black, shark mouth isn't darkened, the screw shapes around the coin are just flat as opposed to raised... I was fine with the reduction of bite marks, but the cheap out on these other finishing aspects it disappointing.

I still don't think we'll get the effect until we see a coin in the flesh. Until then it looks like lighting differences to me...
I must say I'm disappointed with how it turned out, I very much preferred the first edition, not only the teeth marks but also the general depth of the shark.
The original didn't have the teeth marks going all the way through, whereas now it does. I think it looks impressive from the pictures. Glad I'm getting a few now. Just wish it was a 2oz coin.
Original did have teeth marks going all the way though - however was just a concept picture while these are actual.
When I spoke to mint early about the GW Shark I asked about the Teeth marks going through to other side and was told they did not go through to other side. The new version they do through to other side.
Oh that is strange, as in this thread: http://forums.silverstackers.com/message-368183.html#p368183 You stated
Well sh!tfire and save the matches. Hellfire, why don't we just pick everything to pieces? You said this, I said that, no you didn't, yes I did. This coin has been a fiasco and confusion for months. What's the point?
Still love this coin whichever the design. The most controversial coin this year, so GWS must have coin for me
Be good to receive them finally, although my "spare" two may end up getting sold before to long, was planning on a longer term flip but with Goofyshark it may be a shorter term proposition
