Needed advice on sending coin to NGC

Hi guys, i have never sent any coins for grading,
for one reason is that there is no ngc office here in hong kong,
but now i do want to send some for grading,
ngc guidelines said the coins can be sent in omp,
however some panda like the 1990 are very prone to scratches on the panda head,
so what should i do, take them out of omp and put in a flip or what?

What is the best way to send them coins?

 

I sent the coins in omp or capsule and well packaged with bubble wrap. Saw my results in ncs/ngc rounds. I think i have very good scoring

 

just curious, wont that coin be bouncing back and forth inside the capsule??

 

I use tape and paper to fix the coin inside the envelope.
If they scratch in the voyage i think i have all 70's and after the travel they became 69's and 68's

 

if the coin rattles in the capsule and you have quality flips ,it wont hurt to carefully pull the coin out ,put it in the flip ,then bubble wrap it well,you should be fine ...............
