    I bought this set from a korean coin shop,I am familiar with a few of them ,but never have seen them all, checked the CC a few of them are on there graded ..does anybody know anything about this, I am going to post some quick pics now ,and will take better ones and post later ,I REALLY THINK ITS COOL,I have no idea of value (the graded ones I found on cc are 239.00 each??) the box is huge:) it is a substantial set............ 10 coins

    Thanks Maggie, :) I thought it was so cool ,I just bought it :) ,didnt really know what I was buying:) I didnt pay a huge amount of money for it and truly have no idea whats its worth, one of those things:)........you just do it! oh here is the outer box,it is big! 16.5 inches X 11inches

    Nice set. I've seen the silver equivalents for the dolphin I think.

    It's some endangered/rare animal set, if you can get a pic of all the chinese words below the coins I'll translate them for you tomorrow (if no one else has).

    I dont know the real value. But is a very nice set. I like the coins, package and outer box. Its the only things i prefer original than graded.

    Yep was backfilling data into my site all the way to 2011 as best I could :)

    From left to right in order of pictures:

    First is

    = Southern China Tiger
    = The Maroon Oriole (No I had to Google this too)

    = Snub-nosed Monkey :lol:
    = Baiji Dolphin (ahhh tiny words)

    = Teinopalpus aureusp
    = Red Crowned Crane

    = Alligator
    = Sturgeon

    Big fat Panda
    = Brown Eared Pheasant

    Good COA... couldn't see very well on the words below the coin but the COA clarified it.

    Oh and it says 5000 mintage and this set was issued/collected over 1993-1999.

    Well I just had an interesting ecology/biology lesson, I didn't know 95% of these animals :p

    Somebody feel free to replicate this data over to the CC, I've got a stupid assignment to do.
