If you get the Argali from a reputable company, I wouldn't get it graded. These grading companies are making a fortune for nothing in my opinion. Proof coins and gorgeous coins like the Mongolian coins ( from a reputable co. don't need to be graded.)
Yes, it makes sense to me. I only buy from reputable and reliable companies so I am absolutely sure my coins are genuine. Was just wondering in case I want to sell them, if it is enough to say or prove who I bought a coin from, or a slabbed coin would be best choice to be secure. Alex.
Well Alex, The way i look at it is this. I joined pcgs for a year, (I am going to let it lapse after the year is up,) And it cost a fortune to have it graded. If you ad in the shipping, insurance, cost to have it graded the way you want, and shipping it back to you with insurance, On some pieces, It just isn't worth it. If you're talking about a very rare and expensive piece you bought from someone, I can understand to have it graded for authenticity to give you peace of mind. But to have the Mongolian pieces graded buying from a reputable company, To me anyway, Is not worth it.
Ok Joe, agree perfectly. If the grading would cost me more than the premium I can earn on the coin, doesn't make sense. Thank you for advice Alex.
This was already on this forum, similat question. All coins from this series as issued in capsuled, without any boxes. Of course you can get the boxes from the Mint but these boxes are just boxes. You can order them for any coins not this series only. Wide range of boxes are being sold by CIT: http://www.coin-invest.li/Accessories.aspx
Just received mine yesterday from EuroCollections. Came with box and COA. Coin looks wonderful in hand. I am glad I continued this series. Also a quick shout out to EUROCOLLECTIONS for selling the coin at a reasonable price and shipping it in a timely manner. Thank you.
Euro collections, ( Downies ) great company to deal with and caring about their customers. Was a great deal at $205 w/shipping w/ box, When you bought previous in the series. The Argali ( ram ) is gorgeous. Thank you Euro Collections ( Downies ).
