Dear all, I can't find the above information in the Forum. Can anyone provide a credible link on this? Thx in advance!
I hope Perth Mint is credible enough for you Go for numismatic lunar http://www.perthmint.com.au/numismatic-mintages.aspx
Thx Golden for the MOST credible link, Noticed a very significant declining trends on 1/2oz coloured Lunar bullion: Lunar Year (1/2oz & 1oz): Mouse (61,368 & 76,364) Ox (47,018 & 55,189) Tiger (62,697 & 52,920) Rabbit (53,372 & 44,093) Dragon (51,196 & 64,001) Snake (33,647 & 41,073) Horse (24,868 & 39,541) Goat (13,985 & 24,281) Any comments?
here is some info on s2 coloured lunars 2008 to 2012 http://www.silverlunar.com/p/perth-mint-s2-silver-lunar-mintages_29.html
I'm just happy that I got my roll of colored 1oz goats in time. I'm still missing a roll of 1oz Ox. I think that colored lunar series has some potential. And they look nice if I'm wrong.
Following the dragon was a big ask and the coloured snakes look like a 3 year old painted them after watching the Wiggles.
I am just wondering for a tiny mintage of 13,985 for 1/2oz Goat, is it worth to invest for a couple of rolls?
Thanks for tagging your picture Chip, I wouldn't have been able to tell them apart otherwise. Great pic Billybob, they look great but highlights to me how unrealistic the snake looks.
^^ these are the 2oz variety. would love to buy 2oz coloured goat and monkey if anyone has any, or can sell the set at the right price
Is about the intense colour ratio to the small surface of 1/2oz -- which makes it looks more attractive than a 1oz when I comparing the physical coins.
I'm sorry but this is not clear to me. How is 1/2oz's coin ratio of color/surface any different than 1oz, 2oz or kilo coin?
