Serious question.... Is it just me, or does Mike Maloney keep a low profile when PMs aren't doing too well? There was a time when you couldn't escape his presence on the web. May be he's been abducted by silver gremlins.
mike is good and i love his homework on fiat systems but he also is a great sales man that being said i take what i need and leave the rest, true stacker's don't need sales men we just stack
I have noticed he is quiet during the gifts of pullbacks, as he calls them. I have seriously measured this but now that you mention it, I have asked my self the same question as you, lurkalil
I find that I tend to be a bit on the quiet side when I'm fighting a publishing deadline. There's a new book in the works..... Can't wait.
ALL the Fortune tellers are all the say guys, they are in hiding if they are wrong. They are on the front pages when they are right. They have memory loss if you ask about past dodgey predictions. We just like to hear good news and positive stuff, human nature...
There are far better sources for info on silver during the downturn. Mike Maloney just wants to make money, and he is. However there are guys out there who don't sell gold and silver yet give much of their time to helping educate people on the financial crisis and where PMs stand in regards to wealth preservation. One of my favourites is Gregory Mannarino. The guy comes across ber laid back and almost stoned, but his research and insight are second to none.

47 years old. I prefer my experts to be a little older - unless he's a specialist in 1-2 particular fields. This fellow seems to encompass a broad scope, reminding me of those medical "experts" who are apparently expert in dozens of different specialities, like renaissance men.
Thanks for your input. Have started a new thread................. Mike versus Greg. http://forums.silverstackers.com/topic-29133-mike-maloney-versus-greg-mannarino-youtube-clips.html Cheers Boneyard
Mike Maloney sounds annoyed, or getting angry on Capital Account. Either the markets or Bernanke doing it. Good viewing as always.
To be fair, Greg donates the proceeds of his books to animal charities and when someone commented on youtube that he should provide a way for viewers to donate to his blog he said to just donate to their local animal shelter..
I just added this on another thread - Maloney hasn't been quiet...he has been making a bunch of updates and videos but for his customers only. I bought from him a few years back and automatically receive reports whenever he sees something developing or whenever he changes his gold/silver ratio. They've made quite a lot of videos recently and they have been a great help for me, especially since I'm not paying fro the info. It's worth buying from them to receive these updates, check it out.
So you now have to buy 10oz of gold or 400oz of silver to become an insider! Or he will fleece you $1600 and give you the password with no precious metals coming your way! The options look attractive .... Now to decide I think it will be so bleeding obvious when the top is that you will feel like a goof for stressing about when it will be. If anyone wants to give me $1600 I'll tell them when the top is.
