same as there are a few sets out there with the COA but, the number is written in and not printed by the mint There is a guy selling "error" sets, or as he claims that the mint shipped and forgot to print the numbers on the COA's Me thinks an inside job happened

Just look at the review on that page, clearly that customer believes they purchased a mint set based on their comparison.
Agree db, "collection" would be the appropriate term. Also, there's no mention on the APMEX listing which clarifies the fact that this is not an official set. .
