STARTER: PAPPADAM - 4 Pieces Per Serve SAMOSA - Chef's homemade pastry, filled with spiced potatoes and green peas. CHEESE CHILLI - Fried cheese cubes cooked with diced capsicum, onion & chef's special tomato and chilli sauce. HARIYALI CHICKEN TIKKA- Pieces of boneless chicken, marinated in yogurt and exotic spices cooked to perfection in the Tandoor. MAIN: BUTTER CHICKEN - Marinated breast chicken pieces cooked in the Tandoor and served with a sweet oriental tomato, butter, cream and cashew nut sauce. Topped with cream and coriander. LAMB ROGAN JOSH - Diced lean lamb cooked in rich onion gravy and selected herbs and garnished with fresh coriander. Hey Guys, Thanks to all those that have replied so far letting me know if they are attending this event. Around 55 private messages have been sent out but there has been more than a few cancellations so far. The numbers are not looking good at this stage. In order for this private banquet lunch event to go ahead, the restraunt needs at least 20 confirmed people to cover their costs. (staff/food/chef etc) If there is under 20 people the event will not be viable and will have to be cancelled. If you haven't got back to me already please let me know if you are attending by 5pm Friday at the latest. At 6pm I shall confirm on here if this event is still going ahead.
