    Perfectly reasonable for the government to sell off an asset that isn't a monopoly provider/owner, particularly in a sector which already has a fairly reasonable amount of competition.

    Now, watch them bugger up the sale process.

    Depending what the IPO price offering is I'll buy in otherwise wait until the hype is over. I do suspect the government will screw up the sale process afterall if they were better at their jobs, they wouldn't be working in the public sector.
