I have bought from APMEX several times. Not the best experience. In my opinion, they screen the good coins to submit to NGC/PCGS to get top grades, then sell the lesser coins as "raws". APMEX prices are lower than Perth Mint. How's that possible? Unless they know the coins they are selling have blemishes. All four times I purchased from APMEX, the coins I received had minor scratches. Personally, I won't buy from them anymore.
