Still my favourite lunar coin. The one and only privy lunar kg coin, the 1999 rabit Macau Flag Privy. Very few exist.

    Not for sale.

When I sold one about 7 years ago on eBay to a US buyer I did not know much about it that time, but the buying price was far above my expectation.

    Nice Kiona

I just sold my near complete set. I gave up on trying to get the mouse and ox to complete it as I just couldn't justify the asking prices

Lunar series' beauty seems to never disappoint. But what about from other mints, though...Perth Mint may dominate the market in Lunars but it's not the only Lunar game in town.

No but it is without doubt the best in town & that is coming from a Brit.

That looks really impressive! It's nice to see the two sets side by side.

Does anyone know why Perth Mint decided to do different designs for the Dog and Pig proofs? Seems very odd that they would make such a radical change mid series and for only two coins.

    @ motorbikez

That is a very impressive Lunar collection.

I have seen some spectacular Chinese silver Lunar coins but we don't see many of those being offered by the major bullion and coin dealers here in the States.

Thanks & re dog & pig I have no idea but someone here will know the reason, personally I like the Bu version of the dog & pig better than the proof versions.
