    Hope all are well.

I pay the Tas. Gov. $80 a year for a mooring.

    I then rent it out for a $ a day = $365

The last person who had the mooring on rent says he sold his boat.

Made contact with him about payment & waiting for his reply about new owner of boat.

Thanked him for NOT telling me about new boat owner.

What steps should I take to locate new owner?

Will try to track down the boat rego number.

Can I put a notice in newspaper stating if owner does not reply in 21 days then I claim ownership of boat on my mooring?

    Replies welcome...
