    We have received the following details from Umicore, concerning the theft of a batch of gold bars from one of its facilities in Europe.

    Material: 250 gram, 999.9 fineness gold bars with brand name Umicore

    Weight: Total weight 12500 grams (50 bars each of 250 grams)

    Bar numbers: S 29540 - S 29589

    Probably melted and re-cast now anyway... I like the Umicore bars, though they're pretty much a product in the UK and European market, I don't see them often here anyway.
