If u r willing to pay $, i wouldn't worry with Perth Mint products.
You will get it for cheaper on ebay if u r willing to wait.

If it's anything like the normal 5oz proof Koala it should be quite spectacular but a mintage of 5,000 and a price of $510AUD , that's quite expensive.

    Free shipping :D

So there's no standard 5oz proof this year??? :(

    Doesn't say Australians only mate.

Perth words things to make it sound exclusive but I think you'll find these coins available in Germany and the USA.

"is available from The Perth Mint in Australia only"

The Perth Mint strike them, so they are exclusively struck by Perth, that doesn't mean they are only available to Australians. :)

Great news Holdfast, thanks for the translation! I see one at Euro Coll and Downies for $498.

So you think it will be cheaper if I wait silverfever? IMO i see this being like the 2010 h/r kangaroo, or the 2009 roo @ sunset F12, the first in a series and first of its kind. I can see the price of this one going to $1000. I dont know if I can wait, the demon in my clicking finger is telling me to pounce.

I will wait at least 8 hours, that is when I get home from work lol

Well...if there's a 5oz couloured bullion coin, lets hope there will probably be the standard 5oz silver bullion Koala.

Also, don't forget there's a 5oz coloured bullion Kangaroo and Kookaburra on the drawing board too. :)

    5oz coins rock! :D

I did just that, I also noticed that Downies is sold out already.
Picked up a 2009 Kangaroo proof (ken done) for the low low price of... $61 for the free ship.

I have enough room left on the card I would buy them. Oh man, the early ones are the best! With that bumpy mirror look. Ooo baby.
