I think Karen has mad a giant boo boo in the video at the 14.20 mark when she says that Hawaii has 170,000 tons of gold in their bank, Surely, she must have meant 170,000 ozs. Where did all the gold come from? if this is the case. A person with her background, should not make such a statement without a correction.. It was not the slip of the tongue IMO. What do you think? Regards Errol 43
Hi Errol43, I think it may have been a slip of the tongue. When it comes to talking about Gold, Silver or other commodities, I don't see her as being an expert in the field. International Banking law and the governance, Yes, but not the financial side of Precious Metals. King World News will probably be all over it tomorrow. 170,000 tonnes? That would be some stockpile to see.
I just watched that part again at the 17.20 minute mark. Your right. It most certainly wasn't a slip of the tongue. She was very clear and concise when she said it. Where did she get that information from ?
Just in case anyone was curious on how many Troy Ounces that = 170000T = 5,465,626,990t oz http://www.metric-conversions.org/weight/tonnes-to-troy-ounces.htm?val=170000
I've been reading/watching Karen's interviews since May of this year. I even had a short email correspondence with her. I think she means well, but is a little confused at times.
I think Karen has just confused her facts and figures on this one. I googled '170,000 tons of gold Hawaii' and found a blog on Hawaii News Now dated January 2013 claiming that the estimated amount of gold discovered/produced during the whole of human history to be 170,000 tons. I don't for a moment believe the US would stash 21 times there national holding of 8,000 tons of gold in an exposed group of islands in the middle of the Pacific. Kind regards Acorn
Obviously she has confused US gold with the contents of my Hawaiian lock boxes. What I want to know is who talked?
http://rt.com/shows/sophieco/world-bank-us-shutdown-820/ SS: Should we be buying gold? KH: Well, yes and no, I think gold is probably wise purchase right now but more as insurance than investment because there is actually a great deal of gold, there is even more gold than people know about. For example, the amount of gold in the deposit in the Bank of Hawaii is 170 000 tonnes, this is more than the World Gold Council says as available for all the gold on the Earth. People don't know how much gold there is, there is a lot of gold. :/ Maybe it belongs to the Fed.
Unfortunately the 10% of stupid conspiracy theory statements she makes detracts from the other 90% which is very insightful. The average listener would just put her down as a crackpot and not listen to anything she is saying.
There's another bloke, I think his ame is Bix Weir, who claims there is an unspeakable amount of gold stashed in Hawaii.
Yeah, that was a really painful, stilted interview too. It was like 2 amateur acting students reading from different scripts.
Here is a bit of a follow up on Karen's statement of there being more gold than people think. She has gone into a little more detail in a post on MoneyBags73 channel on youtube. Quite shocking if it true :/
A new video from Karen. Now she is saying that the US government have been offered 170,500 tons of gold from the global collateral council to avert a currency collapse and avoid a disaster to humanity. She also says that she has the documents to prove that the gold exists. All the action stats at around the 19:00 minute mark and it gets quite heated. Why doesn't she just go to Hawaii to this vault where the gold is supposed to be and make a video of it wouldn't be that hard to find 170,000 metric tons of gold is 170 million kilos of gold. A 1 ton solid cube of gold would be 37cm X 37cm X 37cms - but smaller bars would take more room Even if 1 ton cubes were stored 3.7 metres high by 3.7 metres deep, the stack would be 630 metres long.
I tried to give her an open mind a second time and Fekete on the soundtrack pulled me in, but I'm afraid she comes across as one of those ladies who don't quite keep a grip on things in middle age. Unfortunately I suspect that the World Bank broke her down and now that she's bringing in Kennedy's assassination and 'officials who cannot be named' she sounds even less convincing. Fekete talks about backwardation and the collapse of gold and then Karen pulls out the hidden gold story about to be liberated for the good of humanity and then gets aggressive about Congress and shouts down Fekete. Celente does anger better btw. I hope the gold will save humanity but it will be the first time ever. Give me Catherine Austin Fitts whom I believe is a strong and intelligent woman who wasn't broken by their attempts to destroy her.
