    Hello, friends!
Several days ago I found this great documentary about the history and nowadays of gold mining.
Of course I've seen many videos on this topic before.
But this one is just terrifically good in my opinion. It is not dull.
And it covers some geological info about the appearence of gold on the surface of the planet that I've never met before!
Its information is based mostly on the gold mining practices in USA (Californina and Neveda mostly) from several centuries ago to modern days.
But I also think Australian gold mining industry is mostly the same.
This great gold documentary covers rivers gold sands, gold mines and open excavation sites practicies.
If you are serious about gold (and I think most people from our community are of such type) - do not miss this video!

Before watching this video I didn't realise those interesting reasons behind gold deposits in differents part of USA. Gold is definitely a very unique metal. As silver! ;)

I used to prospect for gold in the Black Hills of South Dakota. A lot of people who don't believe there is still gold there usually reference the reasoning "Well If there's gold there then why isn't everyone prospecting."

For experience I can tell you that the locals really don't care. It's also a really laborious activity unless you want to risk getting ticketed for using machines in the forest.
