I've just spent the last near 1.5 hours watching these flicks and I'm amazed that (a) if it's that bloody hard to dig for gold why do it? (b) how stupid some people are (c) how desperate people are (d) how unbelievable humans are to devastate, annihilate, butcher, eradicate, exterminate, liquidate, smash, and totally trash any type of land or it's locals simply to cover debt or greed (e) how the locals are willing to sell their land at the drop of a hat or be hoodwinked into selling (just like or current news NSW Sydney ie:- the Obeid case) Here are 2 chumps who were flash in the get rich real estate days of flipping homes off perhaps over inflated values, got burnt badly, and are willing to loose even more rather than take the long route home and get themselves out the shit the old fashion way. It's like a guy who has blown all $40K on the crap tables and is willing to double or quits on the last throw of the dice when they should simply take it on the chin, learn from the lesson and walk away. :/ such is life :/ Am I cruel here? :| but why is it always Americans who seem to be in these roles One thing that they are hiding from this flick is the fact that the producers and backers of this fly on the wall doco are 100% paying them a hefty fee to entertain us - so, I don't think their families will go under as we are lead to believe.
