Well well well. Seems Julie and I were correct. No need to use google.. Just turn on the TV and learn that Assange will never be convicted of rape.

Feel free to pull your head in now.

If he returns to Sweden the next 5 years, he can still be arrested for the rape charge

it is not over yet, they have dropped the investigation I think the arrest warrant still stands, the prosecutor also said

“based on the evidence, that probable cause for this crime still exists.’’ “based on the evidence, that probable cause for this crime still exists.’’ “based on the evidence, that probable cause for this crime still exists.’’

hes a rapist hiding in a hole, i hope the British arrest him for breaching bail and lock him up for as long as they can.

that cowardly rapist also said he would hand himself over if Manning was released, well MAnning was released an d that rapist is still hiding

Ha, still clutching at straws I see.

Laying a finger on a female in sweden is effectively rape. "Probable Cause" my ass. You better hope he doesn't come home to Australia or you will probably find that there is a whole lot more than "probably cause" for a slander case against you.

Doubt without coding knowledge, any member can assertain the IP address of the end user.

I presume Roswell is asking about the "location" as on the left hand side the user s FLAG is listed under country. The website perform a reverse lookup and referencing whois, in this case it is AfriNIC and country is Somalia.

Where as you me and and Roswell is coming up as Australia

They've been trying for Assange since 2010 - no luck since he wasn't a US citizen and he didn't break any laws. All he did was get up the nose of the USA for publishing their hidden crimes.

Now they've moved on it seems and want him for the 2016 election release. I wonder if the fact of Seth Rich being the source and the Russians being secondary will matter. Assange has protected his sources but has implied that the lead came from inside the DNC. The murder of Seth Rich is as fishy as can be and is a viper nest that I imagine the USA would like to keep undisturbed.

Perhaps if Assange is finally arrested, his 'dead man switch' will kick in and dump the brutal truths of the collusion of Australia, UK, USA and Sweden trying to kill Assange, and the trove of information on the dirty Clinton Foundation and the murderous Bush regimes, not to mention the drone war by Obama. The organised murder of Seth Rich will be small time compared with some of that. Though with the MSM and publishing world in thrall to USA interests, it will require a load of internet publishing to spread the truth. Expect Facebook to label it 'hate speech' when it happens.

"Barry J. Pollack, one of Assange’s attorneys, said, “The only thing more irresponsible than charging a person for publishing truthful information would be to put in a public filing information that clearly was not intended for the public and without any notice to Mr. Assange. Obviously, I have no idea if he has actually been charged or for what, but the notion that the federal criminal charges could be brought based on the publication of truthful information is an incredibly dangerous precedent to set.”

And if he is extradited just watch the corporate media in the US, Europe and Australia throw him under the bus. They hate that he is four orders of magnitude better at their jobs than they are.

If JA is handed over to the US Govt and charged with some crime relating to publication of "secrets", then I think (and pardon me if this has been covered before in this thread) the US media will draw breath as they are not safe to keep spewing out the classified info that they may come by.

The matter of the "Pentagon Papers" and WaPo set the precedent.

That said, the DOJ prosecute if they want so they could target JA and leave other media outlets alone.

The case is still open, Sweden is not actively going after assuage, as the prosecutor said if Assuange was to get out of embassy before 2020 (statuary limitations) it will be reopened. At the current moment as it’s impossible to serve him or arrest him it’s a moot point
