Likely genuine, probably just intended for Chinese market only. Maybe some retailer in China has commissioned those from the Mint for selling exclusively on the China market.

A lot of stuff made by the Perth Mint doesn't get a domestic release. Look at the Black Flag series which I believe is made for Apmex as an example

Which is a pity, cause they're really cool designs and getting them back here really pump's up the premium

Does the Perth Mint produce this coin in any of the smaller sizes? 10oz, 1oz?

    1oz my price 110$
    Postage depends on weight
Better no box buy more with discount and save postage
    500g express 55$ 1kg 80$
China post don’t allow send any coins use register that’s why I only use express and lost more business value under 200$
This seller using cheap register postage
Only Chinese passport and registered Chinese business seller can use it. Call E邮宝
I really don’t know how to apply it even I call my Chinese friend apply
When I go to China i will try to do it that way can save postage fee.
Not too many sellers use it
Sure post office is more better just expensive
