    About that 'crowd funding', well, banks lend out their savers deposits. What's then the difference with 'crowd funding'? Nothing?
    Oh wait!
    There is a difference.
    With the former, the bank is the legal risk taker on losses, but bailed out by its buddie Joe Government.
    With the latter, the crowd is the legal risk taker on losses, bailed out by... ehm... what was his name again....Oh I remember: Joe Nobody. :D

    Crowd funding for REAL ESTATE ? I think a punt on the dogs is a better investment :rolleyes: at least you know with the dogs your being gamed.
