Ok, we have established that we don't need insurance for SMSF bullion, but does anyone have their bullion insured? Any information or suggestions would be appreciated. A family member was curious. Cheers
Yes, I have my bullion stored and insured with ABC Bullion in Syd. While there are risks with them storing it, I need to ensure compliance and also storing has security issues for me at home. Buying a safe, worry of theft etc.
