I will start by saying this, I couldn't trade shares to save myself but here's two stories. When I got married ( the first time) I had to pay for the upcoming wedding so to fund this I had to get the money. At the time I had a few shares so I decided to sell my amp shares at about $26 $28 very shortly after CRASH they went down and sown and down, man I was lucky. This one I like. I work in mining and many moons ago while I was in the Pilbara I was talking to a westtrac fitter on the mine site who was off in a hour to take a part to some drillers drilling for a little company called fortescue metels. He said that this rig was drilling for gold and that they were getting great results near nullagine so I had a look at the company and thought, there got nothing to do with gold. Well I quess there finding it and will probaly sell the lease so I'll have a go. I bought shares at somewhere around $2 and that left it at that. When I sold they were at $27. Shit it payed to be useless. I worked for BHP in there exploration department with a huge team of geos that had alot of geo friends and they traded shares and they couldn't pick there noses and one guy bought up big in BHP at around $80 and told me to get in. No I didn't. Now I'm smarter ( I think ) but I am glad that years ago I was crap.
$2-->$27 The "wish i'd bought more" feeling woulda been torture... I know... any profit is a good profit... but fk we all get that niggle!!!!
