How is this not illegal?

    As far as I know it is illegal. I report half a dozen of these to ebay some days, don't know if that helps much at all.

    Feedback says the coins are rubbish but somebody could get stung on a resell. it may be better to report it to Perth Mint.

    How does it work with the legal tender? isnt it highly illegal to knowingly pass on counterfeit?

    That was my understanding of it mate but it doesn't look like it is very well policed, eBay is rife with this crap.

    Report them to the AFP. Might get a better result than telling the PM, they don't have the manpower to be forever chasing the counterfeiters.
