I think the grade looks pretty close but gee, photos can be deceptive. While it may be that grade you will find it rare for non slabbed coins to achieve their true value. I believe if you have a quality coin it needs to be slabbed, this is more for ebay than professional traders. A professional dealer and buyer will normally see the goods or buy from a reputable dealer and pass on. Ebay is far riskier. If it is NGC or PCGS graded and at that price I would jump on it. The problem is others would as well. I have a few that good and paid a little less about 12 months ago so perhaps fair ?
Looks like a nice coin but the surfaces on the crown side may possibly be scratched from cleaning. Also some wear evident on very high points. Probably best to grade it as aUNC pending further examination.
+1 after a few dissapointments i have promised myself never to buy num coins without seeing them in the flesh, photos never show as much as they conseal
