Dear SilverStackers, My name is Renee Garth and I am the manager of the Client Services department at Downies. We've decided to participate in this forum in order to support those in the Australian collector community and, naturally, many of our clients that are here on SilverStackers. I am looking forward to helping any Downies clients who are members of this forum - and forum members in general - by answering queries regarding products and services, as well as addressing any concerns. Welcome Renee As Downies has many faces and sections and they sometimes seem to operate independently, it might be helpful both to you and members if you outline which bits of Downies you represent or work with.

I can help with practically all aspects of Downies Coins, and can assist with queries regarding the Money catalogues, orders placed through the Downies.com website or through the Downies call centre, as well as information regarding products listed in the Money magazine and Downies.com website. If you are ever looking for help or information regarding a specific order that you have placed, it's best if you contact [email protected] or call 1300 788 358 directly. The only area I can't really help with is the Downies Australian Coin Auctions side of the business. But I'm happy to direct any particular queries to the relevant department. If you have any questions about something else, then I'm happy to direct you to the right place if I can!
