    That's what I'm seeing - but she is an "assisted witness" - which basically means she is a witness as well as a suspect.

    Wasnt the current head of the UN Security council (and half the member heads) also convicted of the same.... but since its an international organisation --- under whos durisdiction does it come?
    They got away without punishment, like all of the bankers...... Bernie Madoff just needed to hold out for a few more years and he would still be free.... or given a promotion by Obama

    The entire political/central planning is a fraud since decades, and they also break their own fraud laws since decades, so why any focus on any person in any time? Maybe the political strategy "if we get busted try to shift the entire blame to some individuals as to allow the rest to get away with it"?

    World trade, especially with corrupt dictators such as Saddam, is riddled with bribery and corruption. Contracts are NOT signed without it. If the contract is lost then Australia's wheat farmers miss out on a sale to one of our biggest customers.

    Not strictly AOK but part of the facts of life in world trade.

    ....and if you want to have a go at JWH, remember that Pres Bush was looking for Egypt's support in the Gulf War, and the Egyptians told the US to lean on us to wipe a wheat debt of US$800 MILLION owing to Australia. Komrade bob hawke did so.
